Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns. Once a meal is delivered, it cannot be returned to us.

We take great pride in our food quality. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the meal delivered (e.g., spoiled, foreign object found, wrong item), please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence.
Upon verification, we will issue a full refund for that specific meal or add a credit to your account for a future meal.
Late Deliveries
We strive to deliver by 1 PM. If your lunch is significantly delayed (more than 45 minutes) due to our fault, we will offer a refund or credit for that meal.
